My grandmother—Irma Ethel, also known to us as 'nona'—taught me how to knit when I was seven. Today, I refer to knitting as my grandma's greatest inheritance. When I'm not designing, I'm knitting things for my son, Esteban, who is two. I hope to be able to teach as many girls as possible how to knit. I also love the fact that I can bring my knitting with me wherever I go, from doctor's appointments to nail salons. Happy knitting everyone!
